One raw sapphire ring and one herkimer diamond ring create a stunning ring set ready for gift giving and keeping. The rough and organic look of the tiny blue sapphires combined with the sparkly herkimer diamonds is absolutely eye catching!
I hand select each raw gemstone to electroformed it onto a handmade copper ring and further oxidize it to bring out the organic look making it a one of a kind ring set.
Electroforming is a little bit like magic: copper forms and builds around a gemstone taking on organic and earthy shapes.
Each ring is handmade in my tiny studio here at the foot of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. I take great care creating unique, organic pieces by using ethically sourced, raw gemstones and combine them with copper. The outcome is timeless and meaningful.

HERKIMER DIAMOND & SAPPHIRE

Herkimer Diamond is the birthstone for April. Herkimer Diamonds are powerful amplifiers of spiritual energy. They are used for meditations, healing and advanced spiritual work.
Sapphire is the birthstone for September.
It was used once to guard against evil and poisoning as it was worn by many kings and priests. Sapphire symbolizes wisdom and good fortune. It is believed to bring protection and spiritual insight.

Be sure to know your ring size as an electroformed ring cannot be altered.
If you like to order 2 different sizes simply choose one ring size and leave me a note to seller during checkout.

COPPER CARE
===================================
Your new electroformed ring or necklace will come untreated and unsealed. Sometimes a green layer can form on your skin were you wear your copper jewelry. It is completely harmless and simply washes off with a bit of water and soap.
The more you wear your copper piece, the shinier your piece will get and I even noticed that the green layer disappears as well. Your new ring or necklace will oxidize over time on certain spots and get shiny pink on other spots depending where you wear it. I simply love this process!
